Psychological services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  In addition, psychological services are an eligible expense in most flexible spending programs.

If you intend to use your insurance, do check your coverage carefully. Please contact your insurance carrier directly.  Do not rely upon company websites for information.

Questions to ask when contacting your insurance carrier include:

• What is my deductible for behavior health and has it been met?
• Will my plan cover Dr. DeSole?
• If Dr. DeSole is out of network, will my plan cover an out-of-network provider?
• How many sessions am I allowed this calendar year?
• What is the coverage amount per session?
• What is my copayment for mental health visits?
• Do I need an authorization number?
• Do I need a referral number?
